Is your life more than words?  Everyone knows that "actions speak louder than words" and "talk is cheap."  However, too often that's all our life experience adds up to: empty words.  We walk by friends and strangers in need without a second thought, while claiming to represent Jesus to the world.  But you were created to make a difference and to live a life of joy in service.  The book Help in Daily Living describes this life: "There is an eloquence far more powerful than the eloquence of words in the quiet, consistent life of a pure, true Christian.  What a man is has more influence than what he says" (pg. 7).

This daily devotional is a collection of inspirational thoughts and experiences written by Fountainview Academy's Grade 11 English students, based on a Spirit-led study of the book Help in Daily Living and the Bible.
